50 days elapsed since picked up new Ford Escape, still waiting tailgate repair. Ford Survey expired in 1 week after I received mail Mar 31.

Ford and Dealer’s Timeline for New Escape 2014 Repairs
Picked Up new Ford Escape 2014, sales told me the tailgate needed to be reprogrammed for proper functionality.
First time to repair tailgate. However, found that reprogramming was not able to resolve this issue, need to replace tailgate harness, it would take 14 days to order and deliver.
Engine lost power on HW1, and towed to dealer repair shop. Next day, found faulty fuel injection parts caused this serious problem.
First email to dealer DAMS regarding the fuel injection and tailgate issue, so far no response.
Picked up repaired Ford Escape, replaced fuel inject system.
Second email to DAMS Ford Lincoln Sales, so far no response.
Tailgate harness arrived in DAMS stock.
Second time to repair tailgate. Unfortunately, still not able to repair it, needed to contact Ford engineers for further information to repair this tailgate defect.
Left message to Ford Canada Service.
Completed Ford Survey about DAMS Ford Lincoln Sales Ltd.

Sent email to DAMS, asked for update of tailgate repair.
Tried to complete Ford Survey of DAMS Ford Lincoln Sales, but it was expired. However, there is no expire date shown on Ford Survey.
